Mrs.Highbrow Powerstain is a Liquid Hybrid Dye. The eyebrow paint colors the hair for 6-7 weeks and the skin for up to 10 days. Mix the Powerstain with the Hybrid Dye Developer. You can also use this eyebrow paint for Airbrush Brows Use or a Liquid Developer such as the MRS.Highbrow Airbrush Activator instead of the Hybrid Dye Developer. The paint has a training time of only 5-10 minutes.
