The Pigment Black Umber is an eyebrow pigment of Perma Blend. Black Umber is a supel cool, dark, brown -black eyebrow pigment with a high opacity and black base. The pigment has a touch of warmth to be able to play on melanin -rich skin tones. Can also be used as an eyeliner.
Black Umber Is mix of inorganic and organic for Fitzpatrick 4, 5, 6.
The pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent makeup treatments for eyebrows.
