This Tina Davies pigment Shading Solution Luxury Comes from the Tina Davies I Love Ink Eyebrow pigment set. This set is a production of Tina Davies and Perma Blend Luxe. The PMU pigments are in accordance with REACH. 

The Tina Davies Shading Solution is a solution for lighting the pigment and to make it more transparent, especially for shading purposes. Dilute the pigment in the relationship you have chosen in your pigment cup before you start.

Aqua, Modified Acrylic Polymer, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Tea, Acrylates copolymer, Ethoxylated fatty alcohols, Sorbitol, Benzyl alcohol, Disodium Salt, Mineral Oil, Ammonium Hydroxide - PB luxury Thick Ss' Ingredients

The PMU Pigments of Perma Blend LUXE are of quality, vegan and specially developed for Europe. The luxury pigment line of Perma Blend has been specially developed to be able to fully meet the REACH guidelines.

Instructions

• Store at room temperature.
• Do not leave product in the sun.
• Use the products with gloves on
• Shaking pigment for at least 1 minute before use.
• Make sure that the cap is properly sealed after use and place it back in the storage space.
• Use alone Perma Blend Shading Solutions if you want to change the color or thickness. Do not mix with water or other dilution agents.
• Pigment is 12 months after opening.
• Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
