Are you not yet ready for your own building or do you not feel like the hassle of complicated contracts and towering costs? Do you only need a chair for your customers 1, 2 or 3 days a week? Look no further!

3 workplaces are available in The Beauty Room, you share the space with 2 other Beauticians. The space is on the ground floor, opened open with small partitions to create a little privacy. In the modern room there is a kitchen unit with sink and a toilet. There is sufficient parking space for your customers in front of the door.

Many types of treatments are allowed. The space is GGD approved for PMU, micro pigmentation and tattoo treatments. Furthermore, you can of course also offer different skin treatments, browsing, eyelash treatments, a lot is possible! There is no hairdresser's chair, sink or nails. All treatments must take place in a treatment chair or in a massage bed.

We have already furnished the space as much as possible for you. Every treatment place consists of a massage bed, workstation, salon lamp and stool. You take the other supplies yourself or purchase with a discount Amavi PMU.

Conditions:

• Rent a seat for only € 500 per month or for € 55 per day ex. VAT
• Including water, electricity, Nespresso machine, kettle and furniture (treatment chair, workstation, lamp, stool, coffee & tea cups and glasses)
• Monthly rental with a minimum rental contract of 6 months with one month's notice period
