The Pigment Cotton Candy V2 is a lip pigment of Perma Blend. Cotton Candy is a light pink lip color with a low opacity a neutral base. The pigment can be used to make other lip colors lighter. 

The lip pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used with permanent makeup treatments for lips.

The PMU Pigments of Perma Blend LUXE are of quality, vegan and specially developed for Europe. The luxury pigment line of Perma Blend has been specially developed to be able to meet the EU REACH guidelines.
The Perma Blend Luxe Pigments collection is very extensive, from eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, areola, scalp to correction of pigments.

Instructions

• Store at room temperature.
• Do not leave product in the sun.
• Use the products with gloves on
• Shaking pigment for at least 1 minute before use.
• Make sure that the cap is properly sealed after use and place it back in the storage space.
• Use alone Perma Blend Shading Solutions if you want to change the color or thickness. Do not mix with water or other dilution agents.
• Pigment is 12 months after opening.
• Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
