The pigment Orange Peel is a correction pigment (modifier) of Perma Blend. The pigment is in a 15 ml bottle and is used in permanent makeup treatments to correct colors.
Is mainly used as a neutralizer for lips and to correct different versions of blue and gray. Can also be used to make other lip colors lighter or warmer. Contains no TI02 (titanium thoxide).
Orange Peel by Perma Blend is an orange corrector that does not contain a titanium dioxide, is widely used to neutralize blue and gray or to add warmth to other colors.
