This Tina Davies pigment 4 Dark Brown Luxury Comes from the Tina Davies I Love Ink Eyebrow pigment set. This set is a production of Tina Davies and Perma Blend Luxe. The PMU pigments are in accordance with REACH. 

4 Dark Brown is a neutral hot pigment and a go-to color for beautiful dark brown eyebrows and consistent results. 

The I Love Ink Tina Davies Pigments have been reformulated to comply with EU REACH regulations. Expect the same color results, with the same reliability and long -term performance as the original I ❤️ Ink Dark Brown.

Heated with: Orange
Skin tones: light, beige, olive and caramel (Fitzpatrick 1-4)

The PMU Pigments of Perma Blend LUXE are of quality, vegan and specially developed for Europe. The luxury pigment line of Perma Blend has been specially developed to be able to fully meet the REACH guidelines.

Instructions

• Store at room temperature.
• Do not leave product in the sun.
• Use the products with gloves on
• Shaking pigment for at least 1 minute before use.
• Make sure that the cap is properly sealed after use and place it back in the storage space.
• Use alone Perma Blend Shading Solutions if you want to change the color or thickness. Do not mix with water or other dilution agents.
• Pigment is 12 months after opening.
• Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
